Running digital events well. An introduction for associations.

You would like to organise a digital event with your association but have no experience with video conferencing? Are you interested in the topic of online events but don't yet have any ideas about what you could do? Then this workshop is just right for you! Together we will look at two videoconferencing tools, learn how to participate in and create videoconferences and think about what kind of event you can offer online as an association.

Contents:

  • Two video conferencing tools: Jitsi and Zoom

We learn to participate in a conference and to create conferences ourselves.

  • What do I need for an online event?

Basics and important prerequisites

  • What specifically do you want to organise online?

We discuss your projects and ideas and consider together how you can implement an event.

 

The speaker is Marie Charbonnier. She has been working at the Language Coordination Office of the State of Bremen for two years and has been offering further training on online teaching for German teachers since October 2020.
