Online Event: Shaping a Democratic Immigration Society - and the Role of the Houses of Resources

The nationwide network of Houses of Resources (HoR) discusses with experts from science and civil society as well as representatives from federal and state politics.

Part 1:

Expert discussion between science and practice. How can participation and co-determination succeed in an immigration society? What framework conditions does civil society engagement need? What is the potential of the HoR in this context?

About the Houses of Resources:

"House of Resources" (HoR) is a successful model project that has been funded by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Building and the Homeland through the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees since 2016. With 20 locations across Germany, the HoRs are available as a proven and usable tool for promoting and professionalising civil society engagement beyond the areas of migration and integration.
