Rapid digitization, as targeted for business, often fails for self-help groups, organizations & associations due to a lack of infrastructure, but above all due to a lack of knowledge and use of digital systems.
In order to counteract these hurdles, a computer training course for associations, volunteers and initiatives was conducted as part of the House of Resources project at the request of Bremen's migrant women's organizations.
