Panel Discussion Political Participation of Migrant Women's Self-Organization
In most cases, the political participation of people with a migration background receives little public attention. Participation is essential for political participation in parliaments, parties and elections. Migrant organizations receive more attention in an advisory capacity, especially at the municipal level.
The conditions of immigrant participation and the role of immigrant organizations in the political mediation process will be discussed.
