Field report and photo exhibition from Ukraine

Freelance journalist Niklas Golitschek from Bremen has visited Ukraine several times this year. At the end of January still at the Russian border and in the Donbass, four weeks later he reported from the Polish-Ukrainian border about the people on the run. After that, he traveled to Ukraine twice more, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and Odesa. The aim of the research was to give a voice to the people away from the front, to present individual fates and to document the destruction in the recaptured territories. This gave rise to the idea for the photo series "Living with the war".
